Signature Cocktails | Spring & Summer 2021


The signature cocktail creation is split between two times of the year Spring & Summer / Autumn & Winter.

In the new Spring & Summer 2021 signature cocktail list the focus is on the three flavour profiles: sweet, sour & bitter, while also making sure to bring fresh & herbal notes to the palate and nose. This period gives out the alpine feel when the warm & refreshing foehn winds travel down the alleys and the hot sun melts the last snow on mountain peaks. The signature cocktails selection is the attempt to bring this experience to the client.

Heritage Twist on Classics


The twist on classics creation is a tribute to seven all-time classics and personal favourite of our bar manager. Applying classical recipes and twisting few ingredients in them we managed to develop exciting flavour profiles in already known cocktails.

Rum based cocktail, the presentation of the cocktail represents the foggy nights with a full moon at Niseko ski resort& hot springs. Alpine feel is inevitable.

Rum based cocktail, served in a Sardinian tiki mug. The glass represents an ancient Sardinian warrior called "The Giant of Monti Prama”.
